WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

we process orders and return emails as follows (est): 

MONDAY - CLOSED

TUESDAY - 9AM - 5PM

WEDNESDAY - 10AM - 7PM

THURSDAY - 9AM - 5PM

FRIDAY - 9AM - 3PM 

SATURDAY - CLOSED

SUNDAY - CLOSED

we are closed saturday and sunday, as well as all major holidays. if you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR STUFF?

we’re currently available online only at www.signedlnl.com.

WHERE AND HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

everything is made here in the usa. our shirts are made in mcdonough, ga and fort worth, tx. our cards are printed in augusta, georgia using environmentally friendly soy inks on 100% recycled cardstock and kraft envelopes with flecks and shives by french paper co. in niles, michigan, usa. our premium eco clear bags are made from plants and compostable by clear bags in selmer, tennessee, usa. 

ORDERS

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

we accept visa, mastercards, american express, discover, paypal, apple pay and verbatim gift cards issued in usd. only one card may be applied per order. your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. if you are using a signedlnl issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed.

IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

we take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. we will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. transactions on our site are scrubbed using up to 256-bit ssl encryption technology to ensure your personal information (especially your name, address, and credit card number) says out of the wrong hands and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

we are not required to collect sales tax on any orders placed/shipped, in/outside of the state of georgia.

SHIPPING

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

orders placed by 12pm est will ship within 1-2 business days. orders placed after 12pm est will ship within 2-3 business days. 

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

orders ship via usps and fedex. free domestic shipping will ship via usps first class mail or usps priority mail, depending on weight (if your package weights more than 13oz, it must be shipped via priority mail). 

all packages are shipped from augusta or atlanta, georgia, so it can sometimes take more than 5 business days for packages to reach the west coast via first class mail. priority mail packages are usually delivered within 3 days of shipping, but the usps does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame for priority packages (so unfortunately, neither can we). 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

unfortunately, usps doesn’t offer tracking services for first class packages. priority packages can technically be tracked, but usps isn’t required to scan packages upon arrival to each destination, which means the tracking is unreliable.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

currently, we do not ship internationally. however, if we get enough “hate” mail, we’ll consider moving forward with offering such. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition purchased from www.signedlnl.com can be returned for a refund within 35 days of the customer’s receipt of order. shipping costs will not be refunded. signedlnl items purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy. 

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR ALL RETURNS:

contact customer service at orders@signedlnl.com to obtain a return authorization number (ra#). please write this number on the box or on the address label. packages received without an ra# will be refused and returned to sender. 

packages must be shipped via insured u.s. mail or the traceable parcel carrier of your choice (such as fedex or ups). cods will not be accepted.

signedlnl is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier. we will refund ground shipping costs for those items that were shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective. 

keep a record of your shipment until you have received a refund.

all returns require a return authorization number (ra#). any package returned without an ra# will be refused and returned to sender. please see above instructions. 

DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

items shipped in error or received damaged can be returned for refund within 7 days of customer’s receipt of order. verbatim will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective. damaged packaging should be kept for inspection by the carrier. please see above for notification and shipping instructions. 

WARRANTIES

any products purchased on www.signedlnl.com is guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 90 days from receipt of your order - excluding seconds and sales items which are final sale only. if you think your product is defective within the 90-day period, please contact customer service a orders@signedlnl.com to arrange for a refund. see above for instructions. if you did not purchase the item on our website, please contact the retail store where you made your purchase. 

SECOND AND SALE ITEMS

only regular priced, first quality items may be refunded. sale items and seconds are final sale only.
